Requests sent to InsightSquared
You should typically receive a response to a support request within a business day. If you aren't yet receiving updates on your request, there may be an issue with your email address receiving communication from our team.
Steps to take:
- Add support@insightsquared.com as a contact in your email account, so you can ensure receipt of emails and updates from our support team.
- Secondly, you can always access your tickets and updates by heading to support.insightsquared.com, and, after ensuring you're signed in, checking out the "My Activities" section of your profile (screenshot: https://cl.ly/2x003N3W1J0d).
