We recently had new employees start. How do I confirm their data is being pulled into InsightSquared?

New employees are always exciting! To make sure we're including their data on reports, they will need to be licensed.

The easiest way to do this is to start on the Settings > Show All > Licensing page. Once there, check the top of the screen to see if you have available licenses. If you do, check off the new employees to make them Licensed Data Owners.

If you don't have available licenses, click the big blue button at the top of the page that says "Buy More Licenses," and enter the number you would like to purchase. These licenses will immediately be available for use, so you can proceed to select the new employees and click "Save Licensing."

Once saved, let the product refresh. This process of pulling in all newly licensed peoples' data usually takes about an hour. Once complete, you are able to go to the Settings > Logins page and click "Enable" next to any individuals who should have login access to InsightSquared.
