Some data is missing from my report. What steps can I take to troubleshoot on my side?

When the information in InsightSquared is not what you expect, there are a couple things you can do to investigate

  • Review your licensing page to see if the owner of the activity/opportunity/etc. is licensed.
  • Double check that the filters you are using are the same in InsightSquared and in your source system.
  • If a recent update was made, make sure you've given your portal the necessary time for the data to refresh.
  • If activity counts are different, first confirm the missing activities are mapped in InsightSquared. Also, check out our Support Library for more detailed information on troubleshooting missing activities.
