My historical data is not available. Why?

InsightSquared has default settings that limit how far back we are pulling in data for certain metrics, such as activities. If you are looking at a historical report and it includes limited information or is empty, a possible cause is this default setting. For context, this limit was put in place for you so we are able to keep processing time down.

That being said, it is possible to include this historical data, but keep in mind that it may slow down loading times. If you are interested in altering these settings, please contact support@insightsquared.com.
