How do I add new activities to InsightSquared?
After using a new Task, Event, or Note in your source system, you are able to map the activity into InsightSquared, so that it appears on your reports.
On your Map Activities page, you will see "Unconfigured Activities" on the left, and your mapped activities on the right. Use the drag-and-drop functionality to create new InsightSquared activities, or strategically group certain ones together. You are also able to order the activities in a way that makes the most sense for your workflow; the order of the activities on the Mapping page is how they will appear on reports.
