Some of my activities are being given partial credit. Why is that?

If an employee logs as Task or Note to multiple Contacts or Clients, InsightSquared by default deduplicates these activities by giving partial credit.

What this means is that, if one Call is logged to 5 different Contacts, each of those activities will receive 0.2 credit (adding up to 1.0 credit). The intent is to avoid giving duplicate credit for one activity.

However, if you would like to see one credit for each contact or client contacted, please email us at and we will be able to update your settings!

  • Some InsightSquared users prefer to see full credit for activities, whereas others want to just see partial credit to reflect the effort that went in. We recommend thinking about the goals you're setting for reps when making this decision!
