Who receives credit for Notes entered in Bullhorn?

In InsightSquared, assigning attribution allows you to determine who should get credit for specific activities. This can be customized when mapping new activities. By default, InsightSquared will attribute activities to the Author, or the person who entered the Note in Bullhorn. However, we have a few other common options:

  • Candidate Owner: the activity credit will go to the person who owns the Candidate associated with the Note
  • Job Order Owner: the activity credit will go to the person who owns the Job Order associated with the Note
  • Submission Owner: the activity credit will go to the person who did the Internal Submission

In our Support Library article, we also mention a few other custom attributions. To discuss implementing these, please reach out to us at support@insightsquared.com.

  • Know this is old, but where does the system pull the "Submission owner" from?  Does it pull it from the "Added By" or look at the account used to create the note?

  • Hi Susan,

    Happy to explain!

The Submission Owner is the employee who did the Internal Submission. So, activities that give credit to the Submission Owner will look to the first employee who did the Internal Submission for that specific Candidate/Job Order combination.

Does that clarify the option? Let me know!

    Best,

    Morgan
