Sales Calls on Lead in Bullhorn

When you add a Lead onto Bullhorn, (from Leads and Opportunities), the sales calls notes you make on that lead do not show as activity in Insight Squared.

As this is a function in Bullhorn it really should log as sales activity in Insight Squared.

  • Agreed!  We track calls via note action and opportunity stages via a note action that attaches to contact  for that Opp, but it limits our ability to slice/dice the data by opportunity type and is a burden to our team.  The lack of connectivity between IS2 with Bullhorn's Opportunity module is our biggest pain point with IS2.
