When is a Job Order considered closed in InsightSquared?

If you're having trouble finding a Job Order in InsightSquared, it is possible that it has been closed on the InsightSquared side. This would occur if any of the following were true:

  • It is marked as “Closed” in your source system.
  • It has a Status that we are labeling as “Closed” - such as “Archive,” “Cancelled,” or “Placed.”
  • It has as many Placements as it has Openings.
  • The most recent activity on it was 120+ days ago.

If none of these conditions are met, but your Job Order is still appearing as “Closed,” please feel free to reach out to support@insightsquared.com!
