Report to show sales agents who do not have a pipeline.

We need to be able to see which sales reps do not have any opps in their pipeline to help monitor and support those under performing agents.

  • Hi Megan, thanks for this feedback! 

    A possible workaround here would be to create dashboard headline cards for each rep based on the Pipeline Today by Employee (Close Date) report to show the total number of open opps in a specific rep's pipeline. This way, if a certain rep has zero opportunities in their pipeline their card would simply show as blank on the dashboard.
