Tracking Renewals

Looking for any and all information/best practices on using IS2 to track renewals, funnel, pipeline, etc.  We have always tracked our new sales opps but now beginning to track renewals and wanted to gain some insight into what others have done.

    Great question, and I look forward to seeing what other folks have to say! For us here at InisghtSquared, we often will duplicate reports (like Pipeline Today, Bookings, and Won/Lost) and filter specifically to Renewal opportunities and opportunity stages, so that we can get granularity about how we're tracking on the renewal side of our business. 

    We also offer a suite of reports known as our SaaS suite that is extremely useful for tracking your renewals and churn rate, as well as retention on particular accounts. Your account manager can help provide more info if this might be of use to check out! 

    Last, I'll make sure to mention this as an interest area to our Training Manager -- perhaps this could make for a useful future webinar topic!
